Group Rates & Packages

Red Apple Inn has helped to create fantastic group memories through the years, including hosting weddings, receptions, bridal and baby showers, class reunions, business and church retreats, club events, retirement parties, holiday parties, charity events, industry conferences and more. We have a long history of turning friends into family and family into friends!

Call us for group rates and availability. Group rates are available for anyone hosting a business, family, wedding, or other group event in our dining room or conference center. Block room reservations are available. There is a 10-room minimum for the number of rooms that must be reserved under group rate pricing. You may add available rooms if needed.

There is no cut-off date to reserve group rate pricing; if the rooms are available, they can be reserved. There is a penalty of a single night’s charge if cancellations are less than 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in.

Deposits are not required on group rate reservations. Payment of group rate allows for use of a conference room, plus soda/water/coffee service. Audio/visual screens are available at no extra charge. LCD projectors cost $100 per event; flip charts are available for $25.
